Katarina Simic

Coach & Consultant

Katarina has successfully worked in the personal development environment for over 20 years in a variety of government organisations and the community sector. She has a breadth of experience in Human Resource management specialising in Leadership development, Change Management and Coaching. During this time she has conducted coaching sessions and programs to build peoples brilliance, develop their leadership skills and transform their lives.

Katarina has received a Australia Day Award medal for her contribution to training in the Australian Federal Government in the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. She has facilitated international workshops and provided coaching overseas as part of the Australian Government aid program, she was acknowledged for the work she did internationally in coaching and delivering Management Training for the PNG Customs. Katarina also co-presented at the Association of Change Management Professionals Global Conference in the USA on “Coaching Leaders to Implement Change Successfully in Organisations”.

Hands On Experience

Katarina brings over 20 years experience as a corporate trainer, leader, coach, consultant and facilitator. She has facilitated a range of Leadership and Change Programs including “Leader as a Coach”, “Leading with Emotional Intelligence”. 

 

She has facilitated international workshops and provided coaching overseas as part of the Australian Government Overseas Aid Program. 

She is committed to working with clients to assist them in achieving results in their personal and/or professional lives. She guides clients using her unique combination of skills that include personal development, leadership development, Myer Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI), emotional intelligence, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). 

Katarina’s passion is to assist clients to be their best selves, dissolve limiting beliefs and habits and develop new beliefs and habits to achieve improved results. Clients then move to realising their brilliance and live the lives they’ve imagined.
